After a certain amount of normal attacks, boosts affinity by 15% for 20 seconds and applies a small Thunder damage proc. A thirty-second cooldown applies before it can activate again.

Azure Bolt is not the most amazing set bonus, as the long cooldown means the theoretical maximum uptime is 40%. In practice it’s more like 35%, so functionally it’s like ~5% average affinity and some small damage procs. However, the set easily fits Blight Res 3, Stun Res 3 and Earplugs 2, so it’s good against AT Arkveld.
