This set exploits the Bleed status Steve inflicts to maintain red HP for Resentment without True Shadowbringer. Bleeding the whole fight is not as bad as it sounds; Bleed Res 2 + Immunizer make it so your HP barely decreases, but you’ll still get a sliver of red for Resentment. Speed Eating lets you quickly Max Potion and surprisingly it doesn’t cut into your Resentment uptime at all. Bleed ticks so frequently that Resentment comes back online instantaneously. Stun Resistance helps with this aggressive matchup where you’ll be constantly tackling and offsetting.
Armor skills are heavily skewed towards raw (Agitator, Resentment, Powerhouse), so Crit Eye shores up the affinity. Latent Power helps too and should come online quickly due to all the chip and bleed damage being incurred. Powerhouse I (Dosha 2pc) gives +10 raw for 3 minutes after an offset; it’s trivial to maintain 100% uptime in this offset-heavy matchup. Bad Blood I (Udra 2pc) gives additional damage procs while Resentment is active, which with this set is pretty much the whole fight.
